These are the cornerstones of the Academy ethos. We believe that every student should be given a wide range of opportunities and support to be a successful member of the Academy in regard to all four of our cornerstones. As a successful member of the Academy a student will strive to improve and develop aspects of our Community, their own sense of personal and academic Achievement, they should Respect others and seek to earn others' respect in return, and they should approach all their learning with a sense of Endeavour in order to reach their potential as individuals within the Academy.

In order to achieve these goals the Governing Body have adopted policies which support our ethos.
