I wish to achieve a minimum of B, B, B at A level so I can go to Edinburgh University to study music technology.
Access
to great facilities and support from most staff, motivation and encouragement
given from many teachers and wanting good grades.
Joining the Sixth From was a great and smart move I’ve made. Because my student choices clashed, Mr Burfield and Mr Henderson were able to give me a specialist time table enabling me to do the subject choices allowing me to get the subjects I need to go to university to study music. I am extremely grateful for the opportunities which have been given to me as they have proven to be life changing.

The quality of teaching and the excellent facilities available. I am currently enjoying Lambeth Academy Sixth Form mainly because of the more personalised teaching and interesting subject matter at A-Level.

I would say that the teachers, there the ones that believed in me and made me pass all my subjects and made me have more confidence in me. The things I enjoyed the most at Lambeth Academy will have to be Portuguese activity at the school over the years because there are so many Portuguese people in the community that got involved in the activities.

The equipment in the Science labs and the art materials, lots of help and support available at school. Lots of people with different backgrounds and cultures. Help and support such as HEAPs program where I get a mentor for the next 18 months. I'm enjoying Chemistry and Further Maths most this year because the lessons are more relaxed. Mr Burfield is friendly.

The subjects I took at GCSE especially Sociology allowed me to view things different in life. I feel that being at Lambeth Academy has allowed me to mature as a person.
During my time in the Sixth Form I put myself forward for the mock European Council 2009, this was a great experience for me as I take A Level Government and Politics. |
