Parent Teachers Association
Lambeth Academy Parent Teachers Association (LAPTA)
The PTA has done some great work over the past few years with exciting, successful events such as the Comedy for Cameroon event, a Quiz Night hosted by John O’Farrell, an International Evening. We also provided contacts & helped to organise Radio 4 Any Questions being hosted by the Academy. On another note, our Parent Ambassador scheme has seen some Primary Schools benefit from visits from Lambeth Academy parents.
The PTA is all about the social and celebratory side of the Academy. It provides opportunities for parents, carers and teachers to meet each other and mix informally.
We meet once a term, approximately every 6 weeks. Everyone is welcome to come along to the meetings but we know some people can’t make it. If you would like to know more, receive minutes of meetings or want to offer help of any kind don’t be shy, please email parents@lapta.org.uk
