*New* National Professional Qualification for Middle Leadership
(NPQML) & Senior Leadership (NPQSL)
Welcome to the new NPQML and NPQSL Programmes. Both are built upon the following 6 areas of learning from the DfE.
- SI STRATEGY AND IMPROVEMENT
- WP WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP
- TCE TEACHING AND CURRIULUM EXCELLENCE
- MRR MANAGING RESOUCES AND RISKS
- LI LEADING WITH IMPACT
- IC INCREASING CAPABILITY
Sessions will build on current research material infused into the activities. There will be articles to read, to consider how they resonate with current practice and to ascertain the learning from the research and how this will impact your role as a leader.
During each day there will be a short session where participants consider how the learning from the day will be applied in schools and thus how it will be incorporated into the assessment tasks. Along with this will be brief guidance on the assessment process and completion.
